wardleymaps.com A home for the Wardley Maps practice. Documentation, a mapping tool, and a log of what's being built. Started 2025, ongoing.
personal-presence-os High-influence decision makers don't scroll social media — they ask AI assistants. If you want to reach them, you need to be in the models: cited as an expert, surfaced when someone describes a problem you can solve.
personal-presence-os is the infrastructure for that. A content engine that publishes your expertise across domains in a format LLMs can read, index, and cite. You write about what you know. The engine makes sure the right models find it — and route the right people back to you. Source on GitHub.
Goals: test the hypothesis whether this approach actually attracts traffic. Get fluent with Claude Code by using it as the primary development tool. Practice extreme pragmatism — do not overthink, ship fast, learn in public. Refresh data and web fundamentals along the way. Make new friends.
Agency The hypothesis that social mobility is driven primarily by mindset, not by systems or institutions. Research tracking elite families across communist and capitalist regimes shows that political systems barely move the needle — something deeper is being transmitted. This project explores what that something is, and what it means for anyone trying to improve their position in life.
